Fees and Costs to the Employer: Experienced Staff charges your company for each contracted employee. Your company will be invoiced based on the contracted worker's bill rate, job category and total time worked. |

In the event an assigned employee works overtime, the employee's bill rate will be increased to cover overtime pay as required by law and as further described in the Subscriber Service Agreement.
